Mayan Ceremony

I don’t actually have a lot to say about the Mayan Ceremony because the day was somewhat of a blur. The ceremony itself lasted about four hours and ebbed and flowed from Spanish to K’iche, one of the twenty-two Maya languages spoken in Guate. For not really knowing what was going on it was really moving, there were a lot of feels and a lot of mediating, healing and letting go. All good things and things I really needed to work on. This whole becoming a better and healthier person is really hard work.
